I was delighted to be part of such a powerful panel closing the Perfect Law Ltd conference on Global Class Actions and Mass Torts. My sincere thanks to Dr. Ariel Flavian for his invitation and for a vision of collective redress that remains constant in its commitment, yet continually renewed in its ambition.

It was a privilege to exchange with such distinguished panelists: Lord Andrew Ehricht, Alexander SpoorBernardo Theodoro de Mendonça and Michael Duvall. The discussion on emerging hubs in collective litigation confirmed, once again, that the global architecture of collective redress continues to evolve with remarkable dynamism.

These were three days of engaging debates, passionate discussions, and constant liaison with colleagues from around the world, reaffirming the vitality of transnational dialogue in advancing collective redress.

Cheers and congrats to all fellow panelists, judges, professors, lawyers, service providers, NGOs and other representatives of the collective redress environment that would take too long to list: everyone was amazing in their role. 💐 And again Chapeau dear Dr. Ariel Flavian !
