Global approach combining practice
and research through a comparative perspective

Paris-based

Strategic Counsel in High-stakes,
Multiple or Cross-border Collective Litigation

For more than 25 years, I have dedicated myself to class / collective / group / representative and popular actions as an academic and as a lawyer (qualified at the Bar of Paris and the Bar of Buenos Aires). I advise NGOs, third-party funders, class actions service providers and top-tier international law-firms engaged in or willing to engage in class actions in Europe and Latin America.

Since cross-border infringements require streamlined strategies, I cooperate with and international tight-knit teams pursuing symmetrical justice across different countries. Driven by Fairness through Collective Redress, my law practice is about designing a customized strategy for mass litigation aiming at efficiencies of all kinds.

" I have worked with MJ for the last several years in a variety of capacities on cases and potential matters in Spain, Portugal, and Argentina. She has an exceptional legal intellect and is a savvy and sophisticated practitioner.

No one works harder and more effectively than MJ, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not recommend MJ more highly."
