Dieselgate collective litigation in the Netherlands
I have been gaining extensive experience in the Dieselgate litigation since 2019, when I participated to the establishment of a Dutch Stichting, the Diesel Emissions Justice Foundation (DEJF).

I am an Executive Board Member of the Foundation bringing collective proceedings against Volkswagen, Daimler/Mercedes, Stellantis/Fiat, Stellantis/Peugeot and Renault in the Netherlands. In Belgium and in France, the DEJF’s collective actions are against Volkswagen.
Popular Actions in Portugal
I have sat on the Board of Ius Omnibus since its inception in 2020, and I served as its President from 2023 to June 2025.
Ius Omnibus is also active in the Dieselgate litigation against Daimler/Mercedes and Stellantis in Portugal.
Currently, Ius Omnibus is bringing popular actions in the fields of consumer law, competition law and data breaches against, to name only a few, Google, Apple, TikTok, Flohealth, and 12 banks sanctioned by the Portuguese Competition Authority for antitrust practices, etc.

Popular Actions in Buenos Aires
Born and raised in Argentina, I started my career as a qualified lawyer in Buenos Aires in 2000 at an international law firm and have been the Legal Director of an approved consumer association from 2001 to 2003.
As such, I reorganized the association to cope with consumer claims providing free information to consumers, I represented the Association before National and local governmental instances during the 2001 economic crisis, I sat at the Unfair terms Commission, in Mediations on behalf of undetermined group of consumers in various sectors.
I also participated in the set up of collective actions in the banking and financial sector (for the reimbursement of illegal payments as per unfair contractual terms), in the Escherichia coli scandal against McDonald’s among others and in probably the first collective settlement with a credit card major company.
Now, I give strategic advise to law-firms, third-party funders and approved consumer associations in the set up of the strategy to bring collective actions.
