I am pleased to share the publication of the Tratado de Direito do Ambiente – Volume III, Livro II: O Direito do Ambiente e Outras Áreas do Direito.


I am honored to have contributed a chapter to this collective work alongside leading scholars and practitioners in environmental law. This volume explores the many intersections between environmental law and other legal disciplines, highlighting the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to today's legal challenges.
