On June 26, 2025, I had the opportunity to participate remotely in the hearing before the Swiss Parliament in Bern on the proposed reform of the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure.

My contribution focused on a comparative analysis of organizational actions and collective settlements, drawing on my research and expertise in collective litigation.

It was a privilege to join this important discussion, even from a distance, and to exchange with distinguished colleagues on the future of collective redress mechanisms in Switzerland.
