On September 22, I took part at the roundtable organized by the International Legal Finance Association (ILFA) in Brussels. It was the occasion to discuss with representatives of the European Commission, the ILFA, NGOs and Funders the hottest terms in Litigation Funding Agreements (early termination, unilateral modification of the funder, among others).
