I am delighted to have contributed to the special issue on “The Renewal of Group Actions in Labour Law”, with a general article entitled “ The Renewal of Group Actions: Between Reformist Ambitions and Structural Failures – Critical and Comparative Perspectives.”

My sincere thanks to Professor Julien Icard for his invitation and trust. This was both a pleasure and a valuable opportunity to set out in writing my analysis of group actions in French law, as reformed on 30 April 2025 by the DDADUE Act.

This article is published at a particularly timely moment, as Decree No. 2025-1191 of 10 December 2025, governing the accreditation procedure for associations and entities bringing national and cross-border group actions and detailing their transparency obligations regarding funding, has just been adopted. To my desk 🙌
