I am delighted to take part in the presentation of the report by Le Cercle des Juristes, “Towards a Rational Treatment of Serial Litigation : From the Ineffectiveness of Group Actions to the Construction of an Effective Procedure”, chaired by Professor Soraya Amrani Mekki, to which I contributed.
The report’s main findings and recommendations will be presented during a roundtable discussion taking place on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, from 8:15 to 10:00 am, at the Maison de l’Amérique latine (Salon Amazone – 217 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris).
