It was a pleasure to speak at the wonderful conference on the Concentration of Cross-Border Litigation, held at the University of Toulouse Capitole on 13–14 November.

My sincere thanks to the organisers, Fabienne Jault, Sandrine Clavel, and Estelle Gallant, for inviting me to discuss the powerful role of collective actions in the concentration of cross-border disputes.

This was an opportunity to address a variety of collective actions (Google App, Apple App, TikTok, Amazon, Booking, etc.) taking place simultaneously in different countries, each progressing at its own pace and facing challenges specific to each national system, yet all pursuing the aim of achieving the most symmetrical justice possible for victims of the same wrongdoing.

Towards global justice(?): who can tell? One can dream.

Thank you!
